Electrical Project Manager
A. SENIOR PURPOSE
- The purpose of this role is to oversee individual projects up to 5 million dollars, with an annual cumulative volume of 7 million dollars from planning through completion. Must have a thorough understanding of the contract requirements, terms, and conditions, and ensure project performance within such requirements, while maintaining our company’s clear vision, mission, and values.

- The manager of the Project Manager is the Senior Project Manager

- Zero lost time accidents. This is accomplished by making sure all project managers and superintendents are in compliance with the company wide safety program, the safety program of respective clients and the active involvement in the safety reward and recognition program.

- Once the Construction Budget is established, the Project Manager must ensure the project comes in under budget while maintaining a positive cash flow from the Schedule of Values that will take into account all project costs, margin, and the terms of payment.

- > 1.00 (earned budget hours/actual hours) is planned during the preconstruction phase. The manager shall cause the project management team to have an estimating hand off meeting. In this meeting the project management team and the estimating staff will review the plans, specifications, contract, and estimate. The project management team will then have 5 days to create a Construction Budget.

- Procure and manage vendors, suppliers, subcontractors ensuring delivery and performance to meet CPM requirements.

- Utilize computer ease for all submittals, purchase orders, and change order tracking
- Utilize PlanGrid for up to date drawings

- Understanding requirements of, and compliance with, local union agreements.
- Work with field leadership and local unions on manpower forecasts to ensure jobs are properly staffed.

D. QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must have at least 2-5 years of electrical project management experience
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel and Word applications
- Experience with McCormick estimating software (or similar estimating programs)
- Working knowledge of electrical installations.
- Master Electrical License preferred
- In-depth knowledge of NEC/NFPA codes.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
